DELIVERY METHOD 送货服务
Hand Delivered will be applicable for Penang, Sungai Petani & anywhere around that vicinity.
Post Delivery with tracking number:
We will use Pos Laju or other courier service.(Up to you to decide)
Postage fee depending on location and weight. We do not profit from this.
Self collection at:
Major malls: Gurney Plaza, Queensbay Mall (weekdays 8.00 pm onwards, weekends)
*For other areas, please enquire within.
How to order/ payment
Q: How to Order/ Enquiry/ request for Bag Viewing?
Miele: Email us at mieleharbour@yahoo.com or
SMS to 012-4033821. We will reply you within 12 hours.
(Note: Should you encounter non-replies, please re-send the email or sms us. There might be internet technical problems.)
Q: Will my item be reserved upon confirming by order?
Miele: We will only reserve upon receiving RM200 deposit on your bag, or 20% of bag's price, whichever is lower.
Q: Will my desposit be refunded?
Miele: Yes, it will be offset against the total payment of the item purchased.
Q: I want cancel the reservation. Will be deposit will still be refunded?
Miele: No back outs of sale upon confirmation of order is allowed. If it happens, the deposit will be forfeited. Reason being, we have already declined other buyers as once you reserved the item. We practise professionalism in our deals and expect the same from you.
Q: When I will receive my bag?
Miele: We will send you the bag upon receiving the full payment (for pos) or deposit (hand delivery). Please expect delivery period of 2 days (for hand delivery) or 1 week (for POS).
Q: I received the bag. Can I return the bag if I am not satisfy with the conditions? Will my payment be refunded?
Miele: Yes. We allowed you to return the bags subjected to 80% refund (T&C applied)within 14 days.
